Asterisk and FreePBX Raspberry Pi 2 Install

Asterisk with FreePBX installed on a Raspberry Pi 2, gives me a small, VoIP server that I can use for all my telephony needs.

I needed a small footprint, portable VoIP system for some R&D SIP work, and with RasPBX, this solution works out better than I expected.
